Integrate payment and sms gateway

I want to integrate my form payment page with this payment gateway:

The page was created on Jotform, and i need to integrate with gateway available in my country.
I want to remove that paypal and card payment methods and integrate with VPOS.
And a sms Gateway to sent buyers text after payment confirmation.
