Integrate livehelperchat a as chat module in FreeScout

We use freescout as support system (https://freescout.net/). We have it installed in our server.
Freescout has a built in chat system but is really bad. Chat requests enters as "tickets" and users do not notice because there are not any warning. The conversation is via "ticket" (like sending emails and receiving), with an excessive delay. I attach current chat module.
We need to integrate free livehelperchat.com code as a freescout module.
What we need is to create a freescout module that puts a chat icon in freescout header and blink and sound when there is a chat for the agent. When doing click in the icon, must open livehelperchat (if not already open) in a new tab browser (doing login) to the locally installed livehelperchat (must be installed in chat.ourdomain.com or as a whole freescout module).
