You need to copy such landing page, copy them and integrate their sign up lead forms to our spesific CRM via JSON. If you dont know what is this about better dont bid. Its not a simple PHP Contact Form but its an integration to CRM via APIs.
PS: No milestone created till form successfully work. I had enough bad experiences with Noobs
