Integrate gateway on website and set up cron job to check response and send auto mail

We need to integrate the gateway on the website, actually, the authorize.net gateway is already integrated but we got a new gateway, need to change it and check if all payments are going successfully and response is proper from the gateway on payment charging. Also, run a cron job for automatic payment charge and check the response from the gateway manually.
