Integrate drag and drop form creation in CodeIgniter project
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
looking for someone to Integrate drag and drop form creation in CodeIgniter HMR project where Admin can:
Create, edit, download as PDF and delete and submit forms
Forms must pull logo and project info like (address, contact info) from DB to create a header for each form (ask for details)
Forms must be able to select user and select specific projects as separate drop downs (ask for video example).
Team members can:
View their own submitted forms, select form, submit forms and able to upload physical document (ask for more details)
Form must maintain same format as it was design...
