Integrate checkboxes with wp_meta_query in wordpress functions.php file

I'm looking for a freelancer to integrate checkboxes with wp_meta_query (custom filter using custom fields) in a wordpress functions.php file. Code is almost ready just need feature that when user click any checkbox then it show only relative products.
