Integrate a affiliate plugin for me on my site. Flynax site. Smarty PHP

Hi. I have a fully developed site, one is in home folder the other is in /i folder.
I have an affiliate plugin that I want to install in /i site, but the code is a bit different because the payment pages are different in this site than original software, so I need the plugin to be adjusted for correct payment gateway.
Please create a copy of the site in another folder such as /dev, and test everything on that (do not upload user image files because its large), and make sure the affiliate plugin works when user enters site with affiliate link, and makes payment or registers.
I will explain in more detail, but basically, no need to add new code in the plugin, just change it to work with my slightly modified site. Flynax site. Smarty php. MVC
