Integrate Whatsapp Business api in core PHP for user OTP

I am looking for a developer who can integrate the Whatsapp Business API in core PHP to verify user phone numbers through OTP. We are using msg91 for whatsapp api, i just want user receive OTP via Whatsapp and when user receive a new message they get message.
