Integrate 0 VAT Zugferd Basic E-Invoice

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can integrate a 0 VAT Zugferd Basic e-invoice into my e-commerce platform. The invoices need to be in the Hybrid PDF/XML format.
Key Requirements:
