Integrate Tookan with Woocommerce [Logistic App]

I need to integrate a last mile logistic third party app. https://tookanapi.docs.apiary.io/#
This is an app to manage all orders and assign them to drivers in real time.
We should automate the communication with the following workflows:
1) Create task on Tookan for each paid order status with all order and product lines information
2) Update task on Tookan when an order is updated by admin on Woocommerce
3) Cancel task on Tookan if an order is cancelled on Woocommerce.
4) add a column on order list dashboard for admin that allow admin to check if order was succesfully sent to Tookan (this is usefull to check problems on communication)
