Integrate Stripe API to current Website & Mobile App

I currently have an Android and iOS mobile app that bills service providers a monthly fee. We do this using the stripe subscription API. Now, I want my service providers to be able to bill their clients directly with the app. Also, I want automated payouts to service providers.
After research, I think the STRIPE CONNECT API (https://stripe.com/connect) has everything. I am looking for someone or a team to integrate.
