Integrate Smart Contract and PHP

I have a voting system using php and smart contract which i deployed on Remix IDE. I have test my smart contract it's working in Remix. I need help for someone to integrate my php and smart contract. I have made it half way but it doesn't work, ergo need someone to help. requirements to cast vote php to smart contract, to calculate vote count and to send back the result from smart contract to php.
