Integrate SMS Marketing API into a shopify website

We have a website www.myplaques.in, which is into ECommerce , and the platform on which it is Built is Shopify.
We want to Add Whatsapp Notification functionality to be added, so that on every trigger (new order, dispatch, cart abandonment etc.) , customer will get a WhatsApp message.
For the Same, there is a service provider KALEYRA, and they have the API which needs to be integrated in woocommerce.

Need someone who can get this API working on our website so that Messages are being sent automatically. And also help us set up the promotional SMS flow as well.
