Integrate Royal Mail Click and Drop With Ontraport

Ontraport is our CRM which has an extensive API. Royal Mail is our Delivery partner which has an extensive API.
I am looking for someone to
1. Create a listener that will receive a Webhook from our CRM
2. Send a response back to our CRM that the record has been received
2. Store the API data in our DB.
3. Submit the order to Royal Mail and listen log the success / failure outcome
4. Send the information back to our CRM and update the record with the Royal Mail data
