Integrate REST API to Woocommerce Custom Payment Plugin

I have a Woocommerce payment plugin for Wordpress which I need to integrate with a REST API. The payment structure of the API and Woocommerce plugin are different. I need someone to help me integrate the API and payment plugin. The plugin should be able able to send and process the payment calls and return appropriate errors and responses.
