Integrate a Purchasing Order module to our CodeIgniter project.

We currently have a SaaS project already developed for project managing and we would like to add a module for Purchasing orders ( PO's) that user can create when a project is created. User has to be able to:
Create, view, edit, attach files email to vendor and view a full list of POs.
When user is completed a PO number will be generated with a "user chosen" prefix. Ex ( COMP-002).
for this to be complete module will need:
Add suppliers moudule (where company buy their material/supplies)
Add supplies module ( name, price..etc).
