Integrate Prepaid2Cash as Payment Gateway in Woocommerce

I have a web shop in woocommerce. I have an active payment gateway from www.prepaid2cash.com and I want to integrate this as payment gateway for my website. There is no woocommerce plugin available for this. I am looking for a freelancer that can do this accurately with as little time as possible. Here are the details from the vendor.
