Integrate Paypal Advanced Credit method into our one page checkout procedure

We have an online store which needs the latest version of paypal Advanced credit card method implemented.

The project is already started but requires a javascript and PHP developer that is able to continue the work already done on this integration and complete it.
The codebase for the store is php/mysql xcart-4
The developer will need to have a good understanding of Javascript to add the Paypal code to the checkout page. Along with the required validation of the callback from paypal.
Once a payment is successful then the order should be processed according to the stores order handling and add the order to the orders tables.
If payment needs 3d secure then this should also be handled.
Failed payment requests should also be handled correctly and ask for the customer to retry.
