Integrate Paypal Advanced Credit method into our one page checkout procedure

We have an online store which needs the latest version of paypal Advanced credit card method implemented.

The project is already started but requires a javascript and PHP developer that is able to continue the work already done on this integration and complete it.
The codebase for the store is php/mysql xcart-4
The developer will need to understand how to reload the paypal widget based on elements on the page changing. ie, when a customer logins, changes address, changes shipping method.
Once a payment is successful then the order should be processed according to the codebases order handling and add the order to the orders tables.
If payment needs 3d secure then this should also be handled.
Failed payment requests should also be handled correctly and ask for the customer to retry.
