I would like to make a website where some meteorological data extracted from my on-line weather station is displayed, through the use of API's. From the web it should be possible to choose a date and time or a range (start-end) to display the data or the graph of the evolution of the parameters (external temperature, humidity, pressure, rain, wind speed, wind direction; 6 graphs in total), indicating maximum and minimum in case of choosing a range. The data for the graphs must be extracted through APIs. The information provided at https://dev.netatmo.com/apidocumentation should be reviewed. It will be necessary to authenticate, identify the meteorological module and then extract the necessary data.
Similarly, photographs or video would be displayed:
Every 15 minutes a webcam automatically captures a photo (1024x768) and uploads it via FTP.
Choosing a date-time (as described above) would show the picture of the closest moment.
When choosing a range, the photo of the starting and ending times would be displayed. And also the option to watch a video created online with the sequence of all the photos in the range. The hosting (arvixe.com) has ffmpeg preinstalled, this video is temporary, it is not saved. Some hints about its use around here:

Quisiera realizar una web donde se muestren unos datos meteorológicos extraídos de mi estación meteorológica que está on-line, mediante el uso de API's. Desde la web tendría que poder elegirse una fecha y hora o un rango (inicio-fin) para mostrar los datos o la gráfica de evolución de los parámetros (temperatura exterior, humedad, presión, lluvia, velocidad viento, dirección viento; 6 gráficos en total), indicando máximo y mínimo en caso de elegir un rango. Los datos para las gráficas se han de extraer mediante APIs. Se ha de revisar la información facilitada en https://dev.netatmo.com/apidocumentation . Será necesario autenticarse, identificar el módulo meteorológico para luego extraer los datos necesarios.
De forma similar, se mostrarían las fotografías o vídeo:
