Integrate Google MP Function and API into report.

I have a website that I am building. Over the years I have added more and more functionality to it. It primarily uses PHP, JavaScript, Angular JS, SASS and MySQL. CI is the original framework that will need to be used. The site has a account based ID as well as user_id systems with roles and permissions assigned to the users.
It also has an existing reports page (which is responsive) where dynamic Angular JS reports are generated on webpages.
I am looking to make a new report page that has the google map API linked into it and it will allow me to select multiple options in the report template (e.g. Names(s) , location, postcode etc) and that will plot onto the maps). This data is already in the system and used in other reports
I then need to hover over the map plot/mark and see which person appears and then be able to select that to be directed to another page. Which I think Google does. See attached image overplayed on an existing reports page as an example of what I envisage it to look like.
