Integrate GTMetrix APi on a Wordpress elementor site

I want to integrate a API from GTMetrix on our Wordpress elementor homepage. We are a web agency that want to compare our sites performance with our visitors sites.
A visitor can put in their URL on our homepage to compare against a site that we built. GTmetrix runs the perfomance test in the background and the site will show.a result. A grade from A to F will be shown next to visits site and ours.
After the visitor can put in their contact information and a summary will be sent to our email with their information and web address.
