Integrate Dokan multivendor with Easy Parcel so that i can let my Vendor choose either Flat Rate or use Easy Parcel

I am using Dokan Multivendor and easy plugin
This is regarding Shipping options.
I have install Easy Parcel Plugin.
I need to do the followings:-
1. My vendor can choose either using easyparcel auto calculation for the postage OR flat rate;
2. for now, its either easy parcel options or woocommerce flat rate. My vendor can't choose either.
Need integration.
