Integrate Crypto payments/withdraw to website

We want to integrate in our website a crypto payment method where the user can pay and withdraw the cryptos.
The user on our website buys some "coins" they should be able to buy those coins in any type of crypto and then if they have coins left, the user could withdraw the rest in crypto and we keep 5% for the return.
An example:
A user buys 100 coins at 100 USDT, the user spends 50 coins and has 50 coins left over.
If the user wants to withdraw those coins we should subtract 5% and he will receive: 50 usdt - 5% = 47.5 usdt
