Integrate CCAvenue Control into PHP Admin Dashboard

I have a PHP website with an integrated CCAvenue payment gateway, but I need to add some functionality to the admin dashboard. The admin should be able to control the CCAvenue gateway completely, which includes enabling and disabling the payment gateway, as well as changing the API keys.
