Integrate API Checker into website design, with separate results page.

We have an availability form that connects via API, we need this form to be integrated on our website from data inputted by the user, then the user follows the order form and any information submitted by the user on the availability is on the order so it can be submitted directly to WHMCS or later down the line Hostbill.
