Insurance Brokerage Payment Solution Development

We operate an insurance brokerage in Australia and require a payments solution to overcome a specific problem. Description:
1. When we sell car insurance on our website, our customers enter their details into a Stripe widget on our webform.
2. We collect the customer's payment in our account, and then face the problem of neededing to send that money to an insurance company. It cannot be done via credit card, as the customer's credit card informtion is encrypted, so we do it by way of bank transfer, which is extraordinarily difficult and time consuming. It's a large volume of payments.
3. We require a solution which can somehow securely collect a customer's credit card information and then communicate that information into an insurance company's credit card payment webform.
4. I attach copy of what our credit car collection webform looks like, and what an insurer's credit card collction webform looks like.
Ideally, your solution will work over webhooks on Zapier.
