Install script on fly.io, test and publish.

Hi,
I have a piece of software that's currently on GitHub and need a database, fly.io wizard to do the following:

Set up the Fly.io host account.
Set up the databse
Add the DNS to the url, etc.
Test the feature and tweak what’s necessary to go live.
