Install open source processmaker 4 PHP based app on windows

I am in need of a freelancer who can install ProcessMaker 4 on Windows server and provide full details how to install it or provide me with full installation package to copy it on my windows. The ideal candidate should have experience in server setup and installation of ProcessMaker 4. The project involves a standard installation process with no additional configurations or customizations required.

Requirements:
- Experience in server setup and installation of ProcessMaker 4
- Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Ability to perform a standard installation of ProcessMaker 4 on an existing server.
- Use apache server

Proccess maker is PHP based app and based Laravel
