Install open source application on my server

I need someone to install an opensource application on my server, remove the current custom branding of the developers and replace with my branding, and make sure that I am able to pull the code updates to my private repo without losing any of my customizations.

My server is a Plesk instance running on Ubuntu. Application is a Node application
