Install new theme integrate it with header and footer

We're looking to upgrade our existing / old website to new I already purchased ,
We need install new theme that I want use the home page , and product page .
My home page is landing page designed by Elementor . we need add the menu of the new theme to the top .
and use the footer .
I have samples of websites that can give you my idea how it's looks . so the website need looks profasionall user friendly ,

I want that I can change the layout page with the customize theme online , can work .
