Install instructions MySQL PHP MyPhpAdmin on Windows Server 2019

I need someone to prepare installation instructions for installing and configuring MySQL, PHP, and MyPhpAdmin on Windows Server 2019.

You will need to :
1. Create a virtual server or install Windows Server 2019 from the download ISO on Microsoft.com;
2. Enable and configure IIS as the web server;
3. Install MySQL for Windows;
4. Install PHP for Windows;
5. Install MyPHPAdmin for Windows to work with IIS as the web server (NOT apache);
6. Using MyPHPAdmin, create a database called "test" with a table called "names" having a first_name field in it;
7. Write a simple PHP program to add 5 names to the field first_name of the "names" table in the "test" database;

All steps in the process of making this work must be documented in a Word document.
You will provide the small PHP program.
You will provide the Word document, and we will follow all your steps in the document you provide to make sure it works on our own machine. If it works, you get paid.

You will only get paid if the steps you provide work.
You must have experience setting up a server like this to do this project.
