Install and customize WP themes on my site

I have installed WoWonder theme(as it is only) on my site.
I have bought a new theme - project management.
I am going to install this theme on my site too.
The important thing is - I will use one database for both two themes above.
e.g. http://mysite.com(Wowonder), http://mysite.com/subsite(Project Management)
Please explain how to do this in your proposal as well as estimated time frame and price.
AUTO BIDS will be hidden on my side.
JUST DON'T WRITE - "I am good at..., My team is..., I can do this,... etc."
