Install and config PHP site

I have domain and server, could you access to install some thing is missing as php, php-pfm, php-gd, set ssl with letsencrypt, config nginx point to correct index.php. The code simple is [<?php echo "welcome"; die();]

The site now is "404 Not Found", may be error configs
