Install Wordpress & Elementor plugin on GITHUB 1, then transfer final designs to destination at GITHUB 2

1. Freelancer to Setup Wordpress with Elementor plugin in Github environment.
2. Once website is completed by client, Freelancer to help transfer the completed website to another Github.
To note:
1. Final destination for wordpress website is a Github site.
2. Design of the site using Elementor is done by the client themselves.
3. Freelancer's job is to install, setup elementor n wordpress, then transfer the final product to destination (another Github acc)
4. Current destination has a live Github website. Need to replace with completed site at 0100hrs GMT+8 Singapore Time.
5. First payment milestone upon completion of set-up. Freelancer to guide on how to login and start using elementor. Second payment milestone upon completion of transfer to Github destination.
6. Freelancer needs to be very familiar with GITHUB and Wordpress.
