Install Snapchat & TikTok Pixel on website to track web events

Need a developer to install a Snapchat & TikTok pixel onto my website so that events are passed back to Snapchat/TikTok. My website is coded in HTML, PHP, and javascript so the developer needs to know these languages. I am buying ads on Snapchat & TikTok. Everything a user from one of my ads goes to my website and clicks "Add to Cart", I want this event to be passed back to the corresponding ad platform. The developer must test that this is working correctly.
