Install PHP framework on the AWS web server

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can install a PHP framework on my Apache web server. Specifically, it needs to be the Open Journal System. I would also like a sample page to be test driven. I have some specific experience requirements that must be met for the successful completion of this project. Firstly, the freelancer must have knowledge and experience of the different frameworks available, such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Zend, to select the best option for my needs. Furthermore, the freelancer must be familiar with server technologies, such as Apache and NGINX, in order to complete the installation quickly and efficiently. Finally, the freelancer must also have experience with Amazon Web Services, in order to ensure the framework is properly configured and setup on the cloud server.
