Install PHP Script on Server without any errors

The following script is a basic marketplace script and is working very good with so many peoples .
But when i try to install it i get errors on composer install , npm install and php artisan .
Something is wrong with my installation i believe .

Any thoughts who could help .
Please don't bit templates or bot , SO write eckmar when you bid
