Install PHP Confession program we purchased on CodeCanyon

Hello,
We purchased 'Anonymous - Secret Confessions' program from CodeCanyon. It is PHP, MYSQL and was developed with the latest version of Laravel 8 << whatever that means.
We attempted to install it following the instructions but we are having no luck so are looking for someone that can do that. The steps are very easy, we just seem to be missing something. Our host provider is BlueHost.
It should take long to install, just a matter of figuring out what we are missing.
