Install an Open Source eWallet

I would like to create a local community currency in Malaysia with e-wallet capability using QR code payment/transfer system. We don't need the cryptocurrency module. The app would be responsive, web-based and not Android/iOS. The open source code is here: https://swapi.dyne.org/ I just need someone to install it properly on our Hostinger Cyber Panel VPS Hosting (https://www.hostinger.com/cyberpanel-vps-hosting)
