Install Google Analytics and Conversion Tags -- 2

I need help with google analytics and conversion tags. Right now with tag assistant, it shows Multiple installations of Global site tag (gtag.js) detected. Also I am skeptical if the conversion tracking works. Need someone to do it now. Bid only if you can discuss via teamviewer and help me complete the job.
