Install Active ecommerce CMS and The African Payment gateway

I just purchased Active ecommerce CMS and the African Payment Gateway from envato market. I need someone with good knowledge about PHP Laravel to install this script for me on namecheap. Note that I'm finding an error with it so I expect you to be very good. I have attached the screenshots of the error.
