Instagram embedded code php for websites

Hello,
I need PHP (no javascript) code to embedd instagram posts to a website.
The code must be written to be used with any php website and any instagram account with autorization to access to official APIs. I must be able to include the php file in the site code and configure the necessary API accesses information (app id - token ecc..) in a config file, to be used with any website and any user.
The script code must be clearly commented in order to decide whether to show only the photos or other parameters such as title, text, comments etc.
The Long Life access token must be renewed automatically before its 60-day expiration, as per Instagram APIs guidelines
A dedicated css is required to be able to modify the views of the contents
