Instagram Graph Api

I need help to understand this api, I need to get from any businesss account for example business_discovery.username(bluebottle) the posts of that person, if they are doing live, if they posted new items, or if they posted histories, as far as I saw from private accounts we cant get it but if the person has a businesss account on insta/face, it lets anyone get her data
