Instagram Follower Tracker

I want a simple php app, maybe utilizing a daily cron job, that programmatically gets my own Instagram followers list and compares it to the list of people I am following, resulting in a simple report of who has recently unfollowed me. This is only for my personal own use. That's all. Simple.

I've read the Facebook/Instagram dev docs and yet I'm not completely clear on how to get this done myself. So I'm looking for affordable assistance. However, I'm hoping to avoid giving anyone password access to anything. So hopefully you can provide me with the necessary code and easy-to-understand instructions regarding how to acquire tokens, keys, cURL, etc. Again, the docs didn't seem clear to me.

I have a couple of web sites if any URL's are needed for this. There are already third party apps that do this, but they are all fishy, none are approved by Instagram and Instagram suspends my account if I use them.
