Instagram Customer Support Chatbot

I'm seeking an experienced developer to build a chatbot for my Instagram, specifically designed for customer support handling basic inquiries. The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven experience in creating Instagram chatbots
- Proficient in using Instagram’s API
- Experience in integrating customer support functionalities into chatbots
- Ability to translate basic customer inquiries into chatbot responses

features:
- add a knowledge base embedding to OpenAI
- bot answers from that knowledge base
- the knowledge base is a file on a drive account
- admin backend to link the drive file to the chatbot
- chatbot first gives menu and submenu for customers to choose from
