Inserting Post into wordpress programmatically

Hello
we manage realestate linstings using a web CRM, it has its API to get and post data
each linsting has two versions English and French version (multilang)
what we have : a wordpress website
we created custom post field using ACF
what we want to do :
1. getting data from CRM using the API (two languages of the same property)
2. insert them to WordPress programmatically :
2.1. create the main language page EN -> insert data (title, description, category, custom fields...)
2.2. create the translated page also FR -> insert data (title, description, category, custom fields...)
NB :
1. we work with WPML plugin to manage translations in our website.
2. CRM API has a detailed documentation
