I Need to setup Keap Infusionsoft CRM Properly
we are a real estate brokerage and need to set up a campaign for incoming leads and market the properties also need to assign the new coming leads to our agents
Case 1:
Data/Leads come from webform submitted through different websites (we are not using a keap-infusionsoft form)
- apply proper tags (add or remove)
- assign leads to agent-based on a round-robin or selective agent ( we need to have both cases - we should be able to select which one we want to use based on the campaign - see below for notes)- condition one of the tags is yes or no- based on answer 2 scenarios will continue
each scenario has its own sequence
if it is yes then the sequence-send the submitted info details to the lead owner
- send email to lead
if its no then this sequence- send the submitted info details to the lead owner
- thank you email- wait 1 hour - send detailed info about the project along with a link- if the email is not opened by the lead then repeat the email after 1-day same email if still not open then notify the lead owner to remind the lead to check the spam folder. wait 1 more day and send the last chance to buy an email.
- if the email is opened but no link is clicked then send another email after 1 day
- if the email is opened and links are clicked then wait 1 day and send another email to follow up email or to book an appointment - wait 1 day send last chance to buy an email- after if no action is taken then wait 2 days and send another follow-up email or book an appointment
Case 2:
When a lead is already in the system.
Whenever a project tag is applied to the lead. it should trigger the above-mentioned campaign.
need to make 3 forms which will be used in landing pages (created in keap - Infusionsoft)
1 - registration form1 - worksheet formmake 1 conditional form
Set up notifications. How and when the agent is supposed to be notified (round-robin or selective agent only or round-robin between 2 agents or 3 agents).
