Increase the rate of automatic reply email in Laravel inquiry Project.

I am looking for a Laravel developer to help increase the rate of automatic reply emails in my inquiry project.
Currently, requests are being sent to the urls of about 3,000 inquiry forms using php-webdriver (Facebook Webdriver).
In general, since the inquiry forms are set to auto-reply mail, the auto-reply mail arrives, but the response rate is less than 35%.
We want to increase the response rate to 60%.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong experience with Laravel framework
- Strong experience with Facebook Webdrive for browser automation tool.
- Knowledge of email automation and handling in Laravel
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify technical issues related to automatic reply emails
- Experience in working with cron

Project Scope:
- Analyze the current setup and configuration of the automatic reply email system
- Identify any technical issues or bottlenecks that may be causing the low reply rate
- Implement necessary changes and optimizations to increase the rate of automatic replies
- Review and improve the content of the automatic reply emails to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Monitor and track the rate of automatic replies to ensure it reaches the expected rate of 50-75%
