Inconsistencies with Woocommerce

So, we're using a non-profit tax plugin or Woocommerce that we need fixed. Here's what we need:

1. Adding a certificate doesn't remove tax
2. Adding a certificate take a long time
3. Changing shipping options doesn't update the price
4. I had to refresh the screen in order to see one of the certificates removed. It didn't ajax/auto update (remove or add) like before
5. A concern is... we need to make sure that when add or remove a certificate that everything updates properly
